1. To display Twitter post Carousel, go to the Elements tab, click on the pencil icon and change the Masonry to Carousel from the dropdown as shown in the below screenshot.
2. If you want to display multi-column carousel, go to Items and set the Item Max Width according to your requirement and click on the Save button .Note: Item Max Width is the Width of a column.
